Will I lose weight by this Plzz help!!?

Okay, this is what i am going to do for 10 minutes, and plzz dont tell me its unhealthy and ill gain more weight. and fad diets are stupid, b/c i dont care, and i dont care about protein!

Breakfast: 1 celery, 2 carrots, 1 glass of water

Snack: 1 celery / glass of water

Lunch: 5 carrots/ glass of water

snack: 1 celery/ GOW

dinner: 1 celery/ 2 carrots/ GOW

1 mile of running, and 30 minute walks!

  1. 10 minutes? That's about how long you'd make it eating like that. You need a healthy balance of carbs, protein and fats. Exercise and eat right. That is the key.  


  2. Yes and muscle and you'll feel horrible.

  3. yeah you will. its not neccesarily the best diet, but you will.

    your dropping all calories & fat.
