Will I lose weight doing this?

I'm 5'3 120, athletic, eat VERY healthy, no soda, moderately active and wanna be 110. I love jogging! I eat 1800 cals a day to maintain my weight.

If I SLOWLY jog 2-3 miles a day (burning 200 calories) and eat 1200 will I lose 110 a month? I also weight lift twice a week (not hardcore). THis is considering plateuos, muscle gain etc. Will my metabolism stay up (I get all my nutrients)?

  1. yea i slowly jog too about 2-3 miles, and comsume the same amount of calories as well! and i have lost about 16 pounds or more since july 2 for that would be a month and 3 weeks or something so you def. will!

    i would have lost more but i didnt run for like 7 days straight and also missed some days
