Will I lose weight if I eat 1500 calories a day eating 400 calories per meal and a 300 calorie snack? Im also doing cheerleading twice a week for 2 1/2 hours and tumbling for one hour and that's 6 hours of exercise. I'm also 5'4 and 122lbs. I would like to get to 100lbs. And what are some ideas for meals and snacks that are healthy and low fat? Thanks
