If I run 2 miles every morning for 3 months will I lose weight? How much?

Details:

I am 24 and female

125 lbs

5'3

I eat pretty healthy- I am trying to eat more frequently thoughtout the day because I had been eatting in the AM and then waiting until 8;30 or 9 to eat again.. no good. I just want to lose weight! I eat well and am fairly active thorughout the day.. sick of thighs and squishy sides..
