I want to move in with my boyfriend, I'm 16, he is 19 and I have a lot of conflict at home, and my parents both have new partners and step kids and i have started to get stressed with the moving fro one house to another, so my mum told me it was my choice and maybe better for me to live with him Septemeber onwards, his Mum has said I can live with them rent free so are there any legal moves we have to make for that? And also I would like to go to his college, will it be easy to make new friends there? Is it all worth it if I am seriously not happy at home but am happy with my new lifestyle?

  1. I don't suggest moving in with the boyfriend. At any time, someone can press charges against him for statutory rape because of your age. It is illegal. If someone tips the authorities off, then it will be the state pressing charges, and he will have to register as a s*x offender for the rest of his life. You may be unhappy at home, but it's only temporary. You'll be of legal age in 2 years. If I were you, bide your time, try to make yourself happy, and move out at 18.
