Will I need glasses or no?

I am 15 years old. Few months ago my vision got blurry. About a month ago it has gotten better since before the TV looked blurry, now it is not. Also my vision is blurry for example in the evenings more than in the mornings. Also when my eyes get wet, everything is clear but then gets blurry again, because it dries. I decided to go to a doctor. Do you think I will need glasses/contacts or there is some other way to help?

  1. Not to put a scare in you, but have you had a recent physical from your primary doctor? This is only one possibility among others, does diabetes run in your family and have you been tested. Diabetes can cause vision to fluctuate based on your sugar level.  I am in no way telling you you have diabetes, no one can effectively tell you what your problem is without seeing a doctor. This is merely speculation on my part, as this does occur with some people with diabetes.

  2. You may or may not need glasses. Going in to the doctor is the best thing to do becuase they can tell you what your options are and how to get along with it. Good luck!

  3. probably. you'll find out when you go to the doctor =]
