Will I ovulate without trigger after taking injectible fertility medications?

Question

I am on CD16 after taking FSH shots days 3 to 7. On day 7 my iui was cancelled due to many follicles. Doc said it was OK to :try" with s*x at home but I didn't trigger and am not getting positives on OPKs.

More than likely you will O on your own.  The only difference is the LH surge will make the biggest one pop, versus the trigger shot that forces all the mature follies to pop.  Keeping testing with OPKs until you get a positive.
