Will I see you at the new message boards?

Yahoo boards alive and well, you can even list by thread now:

messages.yahoo.com

The only thing is that they are not linked to news stories, they are by topic -- but all the topics we know and love, from Creation vs. Evolution to politics.

I can only hope that another website, maybe google or bbc, will offer discuss links to news articles. Like someone else said, it allowed for real-time discussion. Maybe there were only a "few" vocal voices, but I know there were a lot of lurkers, and it just happens that al ot of times, someone else has already said what you're going to say. So what?

They suck .....the "new" boards are the c**p Australia and the UK have as "boards."

I may have to actually work my whole 9 hour shift.

The whole thing that made yahoo mb unique was linking them to the individual story and having them in real time with REC'D feature.

The new boards will be like the FINANCE boards and they suck big time!!! Now, they will just be like a bullitin board (or shall I say YAHOO ANSWERS)
