I am homeschooled and in my third year in highschool. But I am graduating this year because I have completed four years of school in three. I looked on the national merit website and it says to take it in your third year in 9th to 12th grade. But Im not sure if there will be a problem since Im graduating after this year. Although I will be waiting a year before going to college. If anyone has an answer, or advice, or a link, or something! It would be appreciated. Thankyou. =)

  1. well to qualify for national merit you do have to take it as a junior, and even though you are graduating this year, since you are in your third year of high school, you are probably still considered a junior. if you dont plan on taking it if you cant qualify, i would just call or email national merit and get someone to clarify for you.

  2. you can go to collegeboard.com and signup there. they will list you some local high schools you can go to take the test. hope this helps :)
