Citizens of India or "Native Americans"?  I don't think either need worry.  Obama is smart and reasonably cautious but not "timid".  You're just not used to a leader who THINKS first.

It is possible that terrorist attacks in India will increase in some parts of India. Many radicals do not like the idea of a multi-faith country like India growing into a new world power.
