To attack Iran right now is to attack the whole Arab World because the few in power in those countries would use it as an excuse to go against the US. Remember that most of the Arab citizens will believe anything their religious leaders tell them.

The media dusts of the Iran war scares whenever they are in a slow news cycle or they want to scare people into voting for their preferred candidate.
