Will Israel ever hold a summer Olympic game?

I doubt it will EVER be held anywhere near the middle east.

All they understand is violence.

Besides all political reasons, Israel doesn't have the resources to host the Olympics. (h**l, it didn't even host the Eurovision the last time after Israel had won it the previous year).

However, Israel has a greater chance than any other nation in any of those regions (except perhaps Argentina) because of its strong ties to Western culture. However, another barrier would be the hot climate in Israel during the summer.

In the future, and probably not the near future, it would be possible for Israel to host the Olympic Games.

It would be a great place and a great experience for many- Many are ignorant and think that all of israel is a war zone, which is just stupid-

There would be safety issues, but remember, The Mossad (Israeli secret service) is the best in the world, along with the Israelidefensee forces, but I highly doubt that the rest of the world would be ok with this as an option.

Obviously this is more of a political question than to do with sports. You cannot allow sportsmen and women to perform their chosen sports in areas of the world where their safety is more an issue than them being caught cheating at the event.Although in saying that it's hard to see why China was chosen on all accounts.
