Will Israel pull us into WWIII?

Attack Iran? Invade Lebanon. Goad us into Iraq. Why are they so warlike and uncaring?

I suspect we will take care of starting it all on our own as we never seem to need any help in that department. As for perceived violence on their part.... they live is a really dangerous neighborhood with neighbors that wish them way worse than ill... so... naturally... they must deal with it.

No...Iran is the country that calls for the total destruction of Israel in their constitution. Now they are flexing their military muscles making all the countries around them very nervous. And some of those countries are our allies. They are the ones that stepped it up a notch.

Regarding goading us into WIII - it is one of the scenarios. Currently Cheney and co are advocating an attack, opposed by Defense Secretary Gates and high ranking officers. Defense secretary has raised exactly the same concerns that it might lead to regional or worse world war.

General Mullen (Chairman Joint Chief staff) has also said we can not afford to open up another front, and US interests in the region will be attacked. Same warning given by Iranians.

Iran wants NW as a deterrent to Israel in the first place, I'm not in the favor of Iranians having NW, that means Israel MUST disarm as well.

Behind the scenes many in the white house have confirmed an attack on Iran, deputy prime minister of Israel and many in Israel have confirmed attack on Iran. If Israel does attack highly likely US will be dragged into it as well.

The problem and the reason US is taking a cautious approach, Iran had capabilities matching Israel.

No, they will keep us from WWIII, by keeping Dictators from getting nukes. You must believe when a dictator says he wants to wipe Israel off the earth and that they do not exist. Why fear that?? Duhhhhhhhhhhhh!!
