he does it when the car isn't good... he does ride low though when he has fresh tires... and kyle busch is trying to steal it but the high line which is also known as rim riding started with petty so it isn't really a signature to junior but junior has made it famous again

He does that because the car isn't handling right to run low or middle. You'd think by now these high priced engineers would have figured it out. Goodyear is supplying the same tire they all ran at Texas.
