Will Jed Lowrie take Julio Lugo's... ?

...roster spot with the way he's been playing? Lugo is supposed to come off the DL soon.

He definitley should. Julio Lugo sucks! Jed Lowrie is doing unbelievable. If he doesnt take his roster spot then the Red Sox are stupid.

Lugo-.268 avg, 1 hr, 22 rbi 27 runs

Lowrie-.310 avg, 1 hr, 29 rbi, 13 runs

I doubt it. I think Lowrie will be a bench player soon, but I want him to start.

i think hes already taken his spot in the roster even tho lugo is on the DL lowrie is way better than lugo.

Yes, Julio Lugo is an error waiting to happen. And when he does not commit the error, he strikes out or grounds into a DP. Julio is what we call at home "Un Cohete acabado"

Lowrie is definitely the shortstop of the future for the Red Sox and the future might be now.  It would not surprise me to see Lugo gone before the start of next season.

h**l yes. Julio Lugo is about 6 weeks away from his release from the Redsox. He is terrible. Jed Lowerie has proven he can play at the big leagues. He makes fewer errors, he has better range, and best of all....he can HIT!
