Ha - you'll get nowhere with this. Neil Kinnock and Joe Biden are close friends. Kinnock supports him. Biden used the "university" sentence in his speeches many times, attributing the phrase to his friend Neil Kinnock in Britain. On one occasion, he forgot to mention Neil's name - and the republican media jumped on him for forgetting this line.

Just shows hows desperate the Repubs really are.
