Will KOAI"S format return on the air?

Not likely unless you've got HD Radio (they're at 107.5-2). There are lots of internet smooth jazz stations, though. And WNUA in Cicago allows you to listen live:

The format did well at first, but in the end, only those Smooth Jazz stations with long histories in big (mostly northern) markets made it. KOAI just wasn't bringing in the ratings or the revenue.
