If he wins and leads the most laps, he has a shot.  Clint Bowyer would have to finish better than 7th and David Ragan would have to finish better than 4th.

But, without him winning (and leading the most laps), two drivers have to have a bad day.

I HOPE he gets in (huge fan- he is my favorite), but it doesn't look great.  The stars will have to align.

I don't think he will, it would take both Ragan and Bowyer having trouble at Richmond for that to happen.

I would really like to see him in the Chase, but it's not looking good for him.  Ragan and Boyer could trade places, but Kahne's not gonna make it.

In all honesty, unless Bowyer and Ragan really mess up I doubt it. Kasey has had some good races, but is very inconsistent. 17 points out is going to be a lot easier to make up than 48 points out in one race. Keep in mind, that not everyone is locked in so this could be changed drastically. If you are rooting for Kahne, then PRAY that Hamilin, Bowyer, and Ragan s***w up royally.

prob not and im a huge fan of his but he got screwed at bristol and the week befor that his first engine prob ever i think expt for the cracked exaust but that didint realy matter. i hope he makes it but theres more of a chance of him not making it

Unless Clint Bowyer has a problem at Richmond then I don't think he'll be in it. I know that's not what you want to hear but it's reality. Good luck.

Unfortunately, I don't think Kasey has a good chance of making the chase. Something drastic has to happen to both Clint Bowyer and David Ragan for it to happen.

Well I would love for him to get into the chase.   But Clint has to do really bad, and I really dont think he will.  So No   Kasey  will not make the chase.

Bowyer and Ragan will have to do really bad if Kasey's going to make the Chase. I hate seeing Kasey get shut out like this because of bad luck RIGHT BEFORE the Chase cutoff.
