look, if the Lakers win the West and finish with the best record in the NBA. It will be very likely that Kobe will won a second MVP.

And the only competition next year will be CHRIS PAUL, and I think it will once again come down to the very end of the season. It will be the difference between team records, Hornets vs Lakers records, and individual stats.

He deserved the last 3 MVP's. He took some really bad teams to the playoffs. His center was Kwame Brown, MJ couldn't even go to the playoffs with Kwame Brown on his team. The media doesn't like him, and since they vote on it, they won't vote for him since they don't like him, which is completely unfair. In these days, how you communicate with the media is just as important as your skills on the court. I think he will deserve it next year, even with Gasol and Bynum. If KG deserved it with Pierce and Allen, than Kobe deserves it with Bynum and Gasol. But I doubt he will because the media thinks they made a mistake by giving it to him, most of them said that. It's stupid.
