There's a possibility that Leicester may get reinstated. Ospreys, who have advanced to the quarter-finals at the Tigers expense, briefly played with 16-men in the decisive Pool Three match on 23rd February 2009.

Leicester will now appeal in a last-ditch attempt to get reinstated, but it's not believed their attempt will be successful.
