Will Lidl hire me? (summer job in BRISTOL)?

i got few chances to have a summer job but my parents refused for (saftey misures))))

today i went to lidl, fishponds and i saw a leaflet saying that they want temporary employees, the problem is im 14 but i worked before, i work every summer, my parents dont mind me working in a big company such as lidl instead of working individually like leaflet distributing and such things, will they hire me? just temp, for the summer

They probably will - shelf stacking, till work (anyone under 18 has to get an older colleagues attention while you are handling alcohol), helping shoppers pack there shopping.

I think your 2 young as they are licesed to sell alcohol and for health and safety reasons i worked as a waitress when i was 14 .You could do paper round or leaflets
