Will Ludhiana Punjab be a city of skyscrapers in the near future?

if in the next 3-5 yrs the demolition drive in new-delhi will be completed then after this there is a chance of skycrapers in ludhiana in next 15 yrs

but remember this is near an earthquake prone area i.e. Amritsar and himachal mountains are kuccha mountains so i think there is no chance for high rises in this area

Not in near future, a lot of open space is available to expand, unlike Mumbai.
