  1. I totally think MMA will power over Boxing Sorry to tell ya but it already has!!! I watched boxing my whole life then 4 yrs ago saw Forrest Griffens first fight with Bonner and was hooked!  Since I have been watching, it has grown that much more.  Unless someone trys to ban it, MMA isn't going anywhere!  Zuffa has a tight leash on the fights they hold and they already own UFC, Pride, and WEC and all the guys wanna fight MMA... its where the money is!

  2. Worldwide I think boxing will because there are so many international boxers who are champions, i.e: Hatton, Calzaghe, Bute, Woods, Klitscho, Pacquiao, Cotto, etc. I think MMA will be more popular in the U.S. in 5 years but I don't think it will expand to the international stage in just 5 years.

  3. As a huge boxing fan, I would rather have boxing or watch boxing than MMA.  To me, MMA is boring and a fight doesnt last long.  Boxing, if you find a good fighter who will give you the best entertainment, than you are garunteed a great fight.  I have never been excited by a MMA fight, but MMA will grow to bigger, just not as big as boxing.

  4. MMA is moving up very fast but it will never be more popular then boxing.  Just think about.  Main superstar MMA fighters K1 and UFC all make barelly 1-3 million depending on the fight per year.  Last year Oscar De La hoya fought, that fight he made 35-40 million alone.  Flody Mayweather also makes at least 20-30 million alone per fight.  Both carries millions of fans  Boxing are in Olympics, USA Boxing is quite good.
