Will Madden 09 have Brett Farve in it?

will madden 09, when it comes out tuesday (8/12/08) will it have brett farve on the green bay packers the new york jets or will he be retired like he was for a good portion of the off season.

on espn they said he will be a packer in the game and eventually the will have a update to change him to a jet.

He's going to be a free agent from what I have heard. I can't wait to get this game. I am getting it on August 22nd. Ten days after it comes out. I cannot wait.

To Jim Kelly > Brett Favre, They have Favre on the Jets on their version of Madden. They signed him from the free agents. It would have been too late to put Favre on the Jets.

He will be a free agent but if you have a internet connection to your system he will be on the jets.

I heard they are waiting because they are afraid he might retire again beween now and then. Then they would have to update the graphixs to make it look like he's crying like a little girl again.

He will be listed as a Free Agent. They didn't have time to put him on the Packers(he was still retired when the game was being made) so clearly no time to put him on the Jets. On the first Roster Update he will be put on the Jets I'm sure.
