Will Mary kay work in india ?

Mary kay is starting in /India, but only females are allowed to sell. There commision structure is also less. Do you think females in india will stand upto the challenge

I don't see why it wouldn't.  In some countries, women are allowed to work but if a man wants her job, the woman relinquishes her position to the man.  However, the only job that a man will not take from a woman in some countries is if she works in a beauty salon.  

If India has a custom similar to the above, then Mary Kay will succeed in many women's lives.  Mary Kay has been the #1 best selling cosmetic for over 13 years.  Every line in Mary Kay is treated very highly and therefore it is tested time and again to ensure safety and the highest quality long before it ever reaches the consultants and the market.  Outside of the product being tested and proven for results, the packaging also must be of high quality before the product is introduced.
