Will Mastercard or Helzberg help me out?

okay let me clear this up first: i am an IDIOT.

my two sisters went together to get me a beautiful ring from helzberg diamonds for my graduation. i had it for a week and lost it in my yard.

this ring had a warranty on it, but i dont know if it covers the act of stupidly losing the ring in your yard.

i heard that a credit card may refund a lost ring, but since they bought it with one of theirs and i would have to go to them to get the help from mastercard, (i have been keeping this a secret from them for a week) i will only go to them if i am POSITIVE that mastercard will refund it.

does anyone know what i should do in this situation? im seruiously losing it and would reaaally appreciate any advice.

You would need to read the warranty to see if it covers losing the ring. If it does than a claim can be filed.

You're not an idiot, people lose things all the time. Hopefully your sisters will be understanding. (I'm sure they have done their share of losing things)

But first, since you know roughly where you lost it, why not rent or borrow a metal detector and go over the yard to see if you can find it.
