Actually, Obama is more likely.

Biden, is strong for Georgia to be a member of nato, which then requires us to defend them.

Biden was big on invasion of iraq long before 911.

Obama, has the backing of the people, who would accept him taking us to war. Both parties want war, because someone benefits. The flavor we buy, will guide us to war, and we will accept it, being the flavor we choose.
