No, he will never get a chance to for two reasons.  He will not get elected and Bush will likely invade Iran before he leaves office just like his daddy invaded Sudan with less than 30 days to go before he left office.

Bush may attempt first strike and initiate nucular war before McCain or Obama ever takes office. The New World Order leaders are insane. If we survive Bush then McCain or Obama takes office the first thing McCain or Obama will do is totally abandon the US Constitution. The New World Order is only going to get worse with each new  NWO President. If America does not get a back bone and demand the immediate impeachment of Bush and Cheney the next President will consider Bush getting away with calling the US Constitution a G D piece of paper so Obama or McCain will try to get away with even more. With no Constitution or Bill of Rights Obama will use the Patriot Act to have you arrested as a terrorist for protesting against his Socialist Communist rule. Iran is not the threat unless the New World Order thieves continue to provoke war for their own profit in weapons sales and oil prices.
