  2. no they will not, and if they want to tell them you spoke to corporate and they told you they dont charge for it.  sometimes the people at the local store make up weird policies

  3. yes they will charge extra for something that isnt usually on  it

  4. No they will not charge you extra, because its not on the menu.....they cant charge you money for something that isnt on the menu!

  5. duh no!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

  6. Yes they do...I worked at McDonalds

  7. I don't think, no McDonald's I've ever been to did ..

  8. no way..

  9. don't be a cheapskate if you want the tomato and IF they ask you to pay for it then do it.

usually they wont charge you anyway, but certain items like if you want extra cheese or bacon or extra sundae topping they will.

  10. Yeah, they do. Ridiculous ay... you could buy 2 tomatoes with their one slice.

I say take your own tomato. Heck, you could even give the leftover slices to maccas and tell them the next 8 extra tomato slices are on you.   society will love ya for it.

  11. Yes, they do. I use to work there in my teen years, and if it isn't on the regular sandwich, they will charge you money for extra things on it. I'm not sure now, because it was a long time ago.

  12. Yes.  The reason being McDonald's will argue that you are ordering something that is not originally on the sandwich.  If its not on the sandwich, they will lose money.  They are fine if you want something taken off the sandwich though.

  13. um...if it's what you really want, why wouldn't you pay a little extra for it?/ Unfortunately, tht'a the way it is nowadays...

  14. Yes Mcdonalds will charge you, as it has to go through the machine to the back area [grill] and we can't just tell them to put it on unfortunatley

Here in Australia the tomato is 40cents, but you can always add cheese, more lettuce or some bacon for 1.00 :)

  15. the only things they charge extra for are cheese that's not regularly listed as on the sandwich and extra meat (i.e., bacon)...as far as toppings (lettuse, tomato, mustard, ketchup, mayo, etc.) go, they don't charge
