Will Mercenaries 2 be graphically equal between consoles and PC?

I want to get it for PC but im not sure if it is going to be the same graphics wise as the console version. You know, like COD4.

if you have a good graphics card and some ram then you will be fine with it on pc and between 360 and ps3 the graphics will be the same cause all games that come out on all consoles have the same graphics so it makes it fair but games usually run mutch better on 360
