  1. There's no way this is possible. It will never happen because for one, the USA is bigger, and has a much better economy even during a downfall. It's impossible to say that Mexico will ever rise up and become better than the USA just by looking at the facts and the fact that all Mexicans would risk their lives just to come to the USA says a lot.

  2. According to the movie 'Day After Tomorrow' it will. In the next Ice Age, ice cap will cover as far south as Charlestown. The migration will be reverse with a lot of Americans crossing the Rio Grande seeking shelter from the weather.

Well in the movies anything can happen.

  3. Yanks wish to have Mexican climate, soil, resources, and diversity!

    lol

  4. It could at least be comparable to the U.S., if they can get the corruption under control... especially the stuff in the government.

  5. If enough illegals keep slithering across the boder and sending money back to Mexico...

  6. If tequila replaces gin maybe.

  7. Not until they submit to the rule of law.

  8. i doubt that will happen but im sure it will get better with the president that they have now. and maybe it would get better if da US helped them and that would help with the immigration problem too. most immigrants come because mexico has lots of poverty. since it bothers a lot of non mexican americans, i say that the US should help them....

  9. Game wrote: "the USA is the best country in the world when it comes to standards of living" but sadly this isn't true any longer. We're dropping further down in terms of lifespan, income, etc. We work more hours and have less time off, and are one of the only countries where you can lose everything to bankruptcy if you're unlucky enough to get sick. There are several sources, but on the Economist's quality-of-life index the United States ranked 13. We're 16th in terms of poverty (lack of).  We're number 12 on the U.N. development index. That said, Mexico is consistently far below us, and not likely to catch up.

  10. No

  11. the USA is the best country in the world when it comes to standards of living therefor to think Mexico could be better does seem almost unreachable , but yes the standards of living in Mexico can and will get better in the future at least that's what we all hope for . Mexico does have a GDP in purchasing power parity (PPP) estimated at US $1.353 trillion in 2006, and $886.4 billion in nominal exchange , however it does have 40 million who the UN  classifies as extremely poor , the GDP numbers are deceitful too .

  12. If we don't stop illegal immigration, Mexico will be the US.
