Will michael phelps ever come to scramento or san fransico? I really want his autograph and wanted to know when he would be there and what time?

  1. Every year for the past 7 or so years, Phelps has participated in the Santa Clara International Invitational held in May or June.  I've seen him swim a couple of times.
