Will My Body Diet Properly!?

My body is the kind that if i skip a meal or exersize it goes skinny and if i eat something that isnt fruit or veg then it bloats up.

Does this mean that any diets, even good ones that you carry out over a length of time, wont work and will prove unsuxccessful almost immediatly after i stop!?

  1. I can help you out, I was the same way.

Diets can work. It just takes dedication.

If you eat something and are bloated all of the food in your stomach makes you gain weight.

    Also you gain water weight.

When you don't eat anything your stomach is empty and you lose water.

I'm sure you've probably not eaten for a couple days then overdid it. Is that what you are talking about?

You want to see results fast but the thing is you have to be consistent and also try adding exercise into the mix.

When you eat just a little bit once you start eating a ton of food you just gain all of the weight back.

Make sure to try to eat at least 1,000 calories a day, and be consistent! Set a routine for yourself. Try to take 2 walks everyday and try to buy foods that you know are low in calories and filling and avoid "junk" food.

To see more "permanent" results will probably take 2 weeks.
