Will My xbox 360 over heat?

i bought my xbox 360 on augest 8 2008 at wal mart do they still sell old xbox 360? with the bad ventilation system?

The ventilation system didn't have anything to do with the problem you are most likely referring to.

That had to do with the way the components were actually held together, and yes, heat had to do with it. The heat from an XBOX and where it vents it hasn't changed.

But, the way they assemble them has. Since XBOX's come from one place, and that place has stopped making them the "old way", not even Wally World could get ahold of one to put on their shelves.

Simply put, you should be fine when it comes to that problem. You may run into something else though...
