If it was all about money he would have taken the packers 20  million deal to stay retired.    its refreshing because I bet most of today's athletes would have taken the payout but not Favre.     He loves the game so much and it was obvious how bad he wanted to come back and play.   He plays for the love of the game and you can see that in the way he plays.  Hes so freakin fun to watch.   There is no other QB in the league like him.  I'm just glad I get to watch him play for another year....Forever # 4

NO, does he really need the money with his endorsements and previous money earned? He wants to play football. He never gets injured, thats what is so great about Favre. He may not be anygood with the Jets, but I definetlyu think he'll cling on to football for as long as possible.
