Ricky Williams is way over rated.  He's not coming to Canada and he's not going to do well in Miami.  He's a joke.

He had absolutely no impact in the CFL.  He is not in the same class as people like Charles Roberts.  There is no reason to think he would come back to a league where he was an ordinary run-of-the-mill player.

To the CFL?  No chance in h**l.  He didn't put up big numbers, and wasn't very popular here in Toronto.

To the NFL?  Possibly, if there's a team desperate enough to sign him.  I doubt that there's room for him on the Dolphins, though, with a healthy Ronnie Brown coming back next year and talk of them taking a RB with the number one pick...
