Will Nadal become ranked no. 1 in the world if he wins the US Open this August/September?

  1. If federer's lead over nadal is around 545 all nadal has to do is win or reach the final.


  2. If it's scored like Wimbledon, since Federer won last year, they'll have at least a 600 point swing.  That'd make Nadal #1.
