  1. Probably can't.  colors in nail polish are very very small particles.  These will get trapped in the threads of your clothes and no matter what you do you'll not get all them out.

I'd try acetone first.  put spot on top of open jar and drip a litle acetone thru spot slowly.  when thats no longetr working drip and use q-tips

when q-tips are no longer coming away colored do as first answer says.  After blotting doesn't work :p go after it with a tooth brush.  After that you could even try some toothpaste or other abrasive (bon ami).

Also check the contents of the nail polish.  Some use other solvents which might work better.  call the manufacturer - they should get these call all the time.

If that fails, I'd try a paintstripper BUT this could ruin your top so be very sure you're ready for draconian measures. Buy one with methylene chloride if you can.

  2. Fabric

    1. Place the fabric face down on a clean white cloth or paper towels and blot with acetone (Caution: Do not use acetone on fabrics containing acetate or triacetate. It will melt these fibers!).

    2. Rinse with clear water.

    3. Repeat Steps 1 and 2 until blotting no longer transfers the stain to the cloth or paper towels.

    4. Apply a prewash stain remover.

    5. Launder.
