A blind guy came to my school who raced funny cars, seriously. I dont know about no arms though, maybe.

I'm sure of the rules on safety, but I think that a racer has to be able to help himself out of the car in an accident?

Safety will probably be the biggest issue, here?

If you can handle the car and prove yourself in the lower divisions sure you could drive.

They will if you can prove yourself starting at the bottom of the "totem pole" just like everyone else!  

If you can design a car that follows all the rules and specifications, consistently win, get sponsors, make your way up from the bottom to Nationwide (or whatever they'll be calling it by then) and get someone to sign ya for the TOP of the heap then more power to ya!!!

Hay if there can be 1 armed drummers in rock (def leppard) lol I'll wait and see....

starlight, you are absolutely correct.Everybody thought they were crazy for trying to let Rick Allen come back, and they did it. With a few modifications, they built him a drum kit and they are better than ever.
