  1. France, a lot of ppl want him dead in Panama.  I don't blame those ppl.


  2. Why would he go to France?

  3. Neither.  Although he has many properties there, I don't think he will be going to France, and certainly not to Panama, since he would have to do jail time.

  4. He'd be better off going to France.  He has a 20 year sentence awaiting him in Panama that will begin the moment he arrives.  I say send him to Coiba for the rest of his life.
