Will Norte Dame win 9 games this season?

I think they'll be 7-6 with a Bowl loss.  You're right, their schedule is pretty cupcake.

It is possible. I see loses to Michigan State and USC. I thought Pitt would knock them around, but yeah that Bowling Green game says it all. I think Michigan will also give Notre Dame a fight.

h**l No! Notre Dame will only win 3 games (maybe!!!) They're not getting the talent like they use to. After the way they treated a great coach like Tyrone Willingham I really hope they don't win at all. There's no excuse for Charlie  Weis this year, he has to win this year or he's gone. He's been there for 4 years, the team doesn't have what it takes to stack up against the top teams. So a soft schedule will only be to their disadvantage come bowl season, if they have a winning record this year.

As a die hard Notre Dame fan I'll be totally honest. NO!! We don't have the talent anymore! That and Coach Weiss' style of offensive coaching last year proved to be more for the NFL than for College ball. He takes too many risky chances too early in a game which costed us a **** load of TD's! And if he switches QB's more then 3 times in this opening game saturday, we're done for the season. I'd say maybe win 4-5 at the most!

Notre Dame will always be a top recruiting draw.  They certainly sucked last year, and I don't feel that they will correct every problem they have in one season, but they will be better.  They do have some talent there. Nine wins?  Probably more like seven.

Well, it is a pretty soft schedule overall.

Still, losses to Michigan, Michigan State, Purdue, Pitt, and USC, and you're looking at 7-5.

Well I'm a big USC fan ,But i hope Norte Dame gets better.

9 Wins would be a great year for them.Collage football is much better when Norte Dame is good.
