Will Obama's health care plan affect those on assistance?

I have a friend who "feels sorry" (in her words) for people like me who have to pay for health insurance. She has children and is on assistance and seems to think if she votes for Obama, health insurance will not affect her and she will still be getting free insurance. Can someone explain his plan to me and how it will affect me, a person who pays for insurance and how it will affect her, someone who gets free insurance for herself and her kids. Thank you.

Under Obama's plan, the ghetto-dwelling social parasites like your friend will get even more, while working people like us will pay even more to support these programs.

And the American healthcare industry, currently the best healthcare in the world, will be destroyed and turned into another government program that does not work well.
