Will Obama's healthcare plan cover injuries from jarring auto rides caused by overinflated tires?

I see lots of back and neck injuries from well meaning but ultimately clueless leftists pumping their tires to the max pressure and then getting tossed around like a rag doll due to the much worse ride that causes. Will Obama's socialist healthcare plan cover those injuries?

The only people who have over inflated tires are people who are TOO STUPID to read what the pressures are supposed to be... it's written on the tire... but most people who listen to Limgaugh and get their daily PROPAGANDA from the FOX NOISE CHANNEL... probably aren't smart enough to know WHERE to look for the pressure numbers or HOW to put air in their tires.
