You mean Welfare Reform that dropped welfare reforms by more than half in a few years?

You mean the MFN status resigned every year under Reagan and Bush?

You mean drug coverage Clinton proposed in 1999 that covered everyone?

You mean the policy that hampered inter-intelligence agency communication that was carried over from the Reagan and Bush administrations?

You're right. Clinton should have broken away from the Reagan and Bush years much more than he did.
