  1. Being blessed by the pope does not make someone a Christian.

  2. Getting blessed by the pope means nothing to me.  No offense, Catholics, but the Pope is just a human sinner saved by grace (if he really is saved) just like me or any other Christian.  Jesus Christ is the authority.

From what Obama has said, I don't think he has a clue what it means to be a Christian.

  3. No, Americans tend to like Protestants and not Catholics.  Plus they'd then complain that he's trying to hard to make allusions to JFK.

  4. only those americans who believe the pope

  5. No, Some Catholics do not believe that Protestants are Christian so not even the Pope's Blessing will work.

  6. don't know, don't care.

EDIT:all i mean is it doesn't matter what he is....he could worship earthworms for all i care.

  7. As for me, being blessed by the pope isn't going to make an ounce of difference whether he SAYS he's Christian, Muslim, or even Buddhist for that matter. His actions will have to match his words. If he presents himself as Christian, his actions need to present themselves in a consistent manner - enough to where we can see (as outsiders) what he TRULY stands for.

  8. Well then he would be a catholic and that isn't any good either...

that was supposed to be sarcastic...

I don't think that most non-obama supporters care, they just hate his politics....and maybe some of his characteristics in general like his narcissism and racism.

  9. The US Media would love to have a Jewish Rabbi as US President
