Question:

Will Obama have to quit the race when his birth is shown to be Kenyan?

A lawsuit is already filed in PA questioning Obama's US citizenship. He was born in Kenya when his mother was 18, which according to law, makes him a Kenyan. His mom faked his birth certificate and showed him born in Hawaii.

  1. It will be thrown out. He was born in Hawaii as shown by his birth certificate which is easily availible online. Obama was born in the US. McCain was born in Panama (although he was on US soil because he was born in a Naval base). If anybody's ability to be President should be questioned it is McCain. He is so old that it is a possibility that he might not make it through his term. He seems either generally unaware that he changes his positions on a daily basis or he does it purposely which makes him a compulsive liar. Either way people should question whether or not McCain is mentally and physically prepared to be President.

  2. golly

that means obama will never win

i guess that means you will have to salute to hillary then

  3. Yes, he will.   This lawsuit questions whether he was born in Hawaii and whether the birth certificate produced by his campaign is legitimate.    There are several other questions of fact at issue such as whether he was adopted by his mother's second husband and naturalized  in Indonesia, why he was issued an Indonesian passport at age 20, etc.

Many will say the birth certificate was found to be authentic by factcheck .org    Factcheck.org is a division of the Annenberg Foundation, which was founded by Obama pal William Ayers.    You could hardly call it impartial.

As to McCain, anyone born in the Canal Zone after 2/26/1904 is a US citizen:

Title 8: § 1403. Persons born in the Canal Zone or Republic of Panama on or after February 26, 1904

    (a) Any person born in the Canal Zone on or after February 26, 1904, and whether before or after the effective date of this chapter, whose father or mother or both at the time of the birth of such person was or is a citizen of the United States, is declared to be a citizen of the United States.

  4. I dislike Obama, but sadly he is qualified to be running for

  5. Yes, it's the late Oct. early Nov. surprise.

  6. Probably, I wouldn't worry about it to much, he isn't going to win.

  7. He's provided his birth certificate, which was certified as authentic by the Department of Vital records.  His birth announcement in the Honolulu newspapers has been found.

How much more do you people need?  Should he invent a time machine to take us all back in time to the day he  was born?

I don't care if people have problems with his politics, but this "not a US citizen" stuff is ridiculous, especially since McCain was born in Panama.  Where's his birth certificate?  I think it's time for him to show it.  What's he hiding?

This non-issue is a great example of how the Republicans and Karl Rove have mastered "the big lie".  it's been proven false on numerous occasions, yet people still believe it.

  8. No and he will also still be allowed to compete on the Chinese Gymnastic team, too.

  9. I read something on this the other day. I don't think it is so much the question of where he was born but whether one or both of his parents were u.s. citizens sometime prior to his birth --or something llike that. No matter how ya look at it, he should not be a presidential candidate if there is any question on his qualifications. He has not produced it so that tells me he is hiding the fact until he can get it covered up completely.

  10. If this were truly the case, Hillary would have brought this to the press many months ago to quash his campaign.

You will have to accept the fact that America is not just white Anglo Saxon protestants born in the bible belt.

  11. strange how your word is more important than all the people paid good money to delve into this stuff

don't worry if there was anything to be had it would be in the open not just a privy few [you]

  12. That would be extremely difficult to prove.  But if he was born in Kenya and his mom was a US citizen then he is a citizen as well.. or so I always thought.  McCain was born in like Panama or something and he is still a citizen.

  13. Wrong.  He was born in Hawaii.

But, John McCain was born in Panama.

  14. I HAVE HEARD ABOUT THIS CASE & I FOR ONE AM VERY INTERESTED IN THE OUT COME. JOHN MCCAIN WAS BORN IN THE CANAL ZONE WHICH UNTIL PRESIDENT CARTER GAVE IT AWAY WAS A TERRITORY OF THE UNITED STATES.

  15. Care for any facts ?
