But you know what, all politicians do it.  

Seriously, all politicians say what they have to say to get elected than, BOOM, they hit you with a doozy after the election and don't do anything.

Look at Bush--he was elected because people thought he would do something about Social Security---a lot of talk,  NO ACTION; g*y marriage---lot of talk, NO ACTION; abortion--lot of talk, NO ACTION. He made us look REALLY GOOD (sarcasm)  in front of other countries though.

Anyway, the point it is, they all make speeches of hot air.

THat is the American way.
