  1. Highly doubtful. OSU has probably learned a thing or two about playing hardcore defensive teams. Their biggest issue will be to score enough pts to keep the game interesting. But they cant spread their Offense out like they've done the last few years.

  2. No. OSU is too good.

  3. i highly doubt it.......i hate ohio st. but im sure they will score more than 10...as a matter of fact i cant stand either one of those teams...they both suck...if either one were in the SEC, we wouldnt be hearing anything about ohio st. or USC....they would be forced into obscurity...and would most likely suck all the time.....GO GATORS!!!

  4. Ohio State is too good to be embarrassed by any team in college football.  I believe USC will win a close game, but their not going to hold Ohio State to under 10 points.  I predict USC 27 Ohio Stae 20.

  5. Ohio State will beat USC, if that means we have 7, they have 0. So even if we are under 10, they still wont beat us!

    Go Bucks!!!!

  6. I don't know as of right now.  You can't really listen to the media because their head is so far up both Ohio's and Southern Cals butt it's ridiculous.  As of right now I don't think OSU really has a chance to beat USC, but does that really matter when it's in the beginning of the year? No, all OSU has to do is win the rest of their games to get a look for the NC. So either way both teams really have little to worry about, as long as no one goes undefeated.

  7. football man - ohio state is too good to be embarrassed by a college football team?!  what about the last two NC games? they will score more than 10 points, but they will still lose.  USC 27-OSU 17

  8. USC defense will carry the Trojans this year. USC fans have to face the fact their offense is mediocre. And PAC 10 opponents has kept practically every game close.

Ohio State offense is far superior and the defense is equally as good

as USC. USC having home field advantage is a plus but ask the Longhorns if thats enough to over whelm the Buckeye's. The Buckeye's will put together a solid win against the Trojans.

Question trully is Can USC score 10 pts, not the other way around.

Im no Buckeye fan, but this team is far from being overrated, they are legit. As for being in the SEC and they disappear, that is a laughable remark, this team recruits nationally and has been in top in the country year in and year out, they be in the race for the SEC title as well, guys the SEC is the big 4 and the 8 punching baggs of a league.

They do not do well overall in out of conference play, grant you they have won championships, but in regular season, your 8 punching baggs dont do so well, so Ohio St would replace one of your big 4 and add that program to be its 9th punching bag.

    Ohio St 31

    USC 17

  9. USC 30 OH St 14

  10. usc baby i dont know if ohio state will score under 10 points but usc is taking it. got to love so cal

  11. i think they will score more than 10.

  12. Thank you Douglas N for having some common sense and acknowledging that the SEC is not what it's cracked up to be. Yes they won the last 2 championships, but out of all those team who honestly has a chance of winning. It's simple, only LSU and Florida, are good enough to go against any team in the nation, everyone else is just a product of their enviornment, who will once again be exposed come the end of the season. Does anyone remember what happened to Arkansas, Florida, Kentucky, South Carolina, Vanderbilt; I do they all lost their bowl games except for Kentucky, but I don't count their win because they played a mediocore Florida State team that had half of their team suspended and they barely won 35-28.

Now to get to the question of Ohio St putting up 10 points against USC. Is this really a question or is it April Fools Day in August. Ohio St averaged over 30 pts a game last year and it's defense gave up only 10 pts a game during the regular season. that same team brings back everyone except 3 starters, not to mention the addition of the best recruiting class including Terrelle Pryor. Now on the other hand USC put up around the same numbers last year on both sides of the ball, however they took a huge hit with graduation, most importantly, QB - John David Booty, TE- Fred Davis, DT Sedrick Ellis LB Keith Rivers.

It's general knowledge that when they play Ohio State will be the team with the most experience, and the most key players.

Final Score Ohio State beats USC 38 -17

Beanie Wells 140 yards 2 TD

    Heisman
