  1. Olli Jokinen will definitely make an impact on the Coyotes. Not only should he become the center that Shane Doan desperately needs (and should improve Shane Doan immensely) but his veteran leadership and presence should impact the growing core of young players such as Carcillo, Mueller, Turris and Hanzal.

Look for the Coyotes to try and make a big splash come July 1st for defensemen. Add that with Bryzgalov and you could possibly see the Coyotes pushing for 8th place. They went on runs last year where they played quite well, throw a guy like Jokinen and (possibly) another 1-2 veteran top-pair defensemen into the mix and you will have a playoff bound team in the future.

  2. Olli Jokinen will make an impact on and off the ice. On the ice, they guy can pass, hit, score and be a great leader. Off the ice, he's a guy who can get your team's head in the game, is a good leader who can make sure your mentally prepared for each and every game. Two things about him that should stick out the most are his leadership and his ability to score goals.

  3. Yes, he will strive in Phoenix, he will make them a playoff contender for sure.

  4. He'll make them a better team, but they are still pretty bad overall.  I don't see much of a change in Phoenix.

  5. absolutely. Olli is a stud, and a proven star. he will help take that team farther this year then they have ever been since they moved to Phoenix.

  6. Olli is the cousin of the old ghost that used to hang out in the castles in the Nintendo classic Super Mario Bros. 3.  Olli will scare the living c**p out of small children.
