Will PARAPPA THE RAPPER 2 be on PSP/PS3?

I know it's on PS2 but I wan't it on PS3 or PSP. I have a 40Gb PS3 so I can't play PS2 version on PS3. I prefer not to buy PS2 games anymore.

WILL IT BE ON PSP/PS3 SOON (OR EVER)??
